An exciting opportunity has arisen in our Service Development Team based at Penston House, Macmerry. We're looking for a highly motivated customer-focussed individual to join our team and contribute to providing an excellent service. Responsible for developing and reviewing our policies and procedures in relation to our Property Maintenance services to ensure we deliver an excellent housing service to our customers.
Home / Hybrid Working Consideration

Please Note:
All home/hybrid workers must live in the UK. Where an application for home-working is supported, it will be subject to a satisfactory trial period. Employees will be expected to attend Council offices for the duration of induction, and be on site in East Lothian workplaces, as required. Employees with a hybrid working arrangement in place will be office based and able to work from home, with permission, on an ad hoc basis.
Job Details
To undertake a range of development duties associated with the improvement of service delivery, performance management planning and stakeholder involvement for the community housing service.
To liaise with other staff, members of other groups, departments and organisations, encompassing services and functions externally sourced on development issues that impact on the service.
To work with frontline and other staff in the implementation of changes in policy and procedures across the service, and to ensure that the Social Housing Charter outcomes are achieved in relation to service delivery wherever possible.
