Responsibilities
* Lead BMS Engineer
* Location: Canary Wharf site; on-site lead with independent working capacity
* Be the technical authority for the site’s BMS (Distech) and drive efficiency, innovation, and performance improvement
* Full ownership and management of the site’s Distech BMS
* Proactively using the system to enhance building performance (e.g. linking CO₂ levels to plant activity)
* Liaise with specialist subcontractors and internal energy management teams
* Drive continuous improvement, challenging and influencing stakeholders
* Operate above a standard maintenance role with a solutions-driven mindset
What We’re Looking For / Qualifications
* Experienced BMS Engineer with a strong electrical or controls background
* Proven ability to work independently in a corporate environment
* Knowledge of Distech BMS
* Strong communication skills and the confidence to engage directly with clients
* Proactive, innovative, and solutions-focused approach
