As a medium-sized enterprise, it offers a collaborative work environment and a focus on delivering high-quality products and services.\n\nDescription\n\nProvide strategic HR support to key business units\nLine management of a small team on site\nReport into Business Unit HR Director and part of HR Leadership Team\nLead talent management initiatives, including succession planning and workforce development.\nCollaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives.\nManage employee relations, offering guidance and resolution on complex issues.\nAnalyse HR data to inform decision-making and improve organisational performance.\nOversee recruitment processes to ensure the acquisition of top talent.\nAdvise on compensation, benefits, and reward programmes to maintain competitiveness.\nDrive organisational change initiatives and improve employee engagement.Profile\n\nA successful Interim HRBP should have:\n\nProven experience within the Human Resources function, ideally in the manufacturing, logistics, FMCG or Construction industries\nStrong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.\nAbility to influence and collaborate with senior leadership teams.\nExcellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.\nProficiency in using HR systems and data analytics tools.\nEffective communication skills, both written and verbal.\nA relevant degree or professional HR qualification is preferred.Job Offer\n\nCompetitive salary in the range of £(phone number removed) per annum.\n£7,000 car allowance\n10% performance-based bonus\nPrivate medical insurance\nGenerous pension contribution\nFixed-term contract for 12 monthsPLEASE NOTE: This role will require someone to be on site 4-5 days per week in Coventry
