Overview
An opportunity has arisen for a full time, highly motivated band 4 Team Administrator, to provide a comprehensive and efficient administration service for our Healthcare Team within the Barton Moss Secure Children’s Home (SCH).
The SCH’s provide high quality residential care to boys aged between 11 and 18. The boys can come from anywhere in England.
Responsibilities
* Provide a comprehensive and confidential administrative support to the Healthcare Team within Barton Moss Secure Children’s Homes.
* Line management of junior members of the admin team; cover other services when necessary.
* Deal with queries, maintain accurate records, and act as a point of telephone contact for the healthcare team with excellent customer service.
* Demonstrate excellent organisational skills, sustain quality in document production, and manage workload to prioritise and meet deadlines.
Role Purpose
To provide a responsive, comprehensive, and innovative secretarial and administration service to the Healthcare team within Barton Moss Secure Children’s Home.
Working with the team
As the Team Administrator you should have strong organisational and communication skills and be able to work closely and collaboratively with clinicians and managers, striving for high quality standards both personally and for the service.
