About the Role
You will be teaching Mathematics across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, delivering lessons that engage, challenge, and motivate learners of all abilities. This is a full-time position that involves lesson planning, marking, and contributing to the wider school community.
We welcome applications from:
* Qualified Maths Teachers with QTS or QTLS
* Early Career Teachers (ECTs) starting their first role in September
* Unqualified Teachers with strong maths subject knowledge
* Graduates in mathematics or related fields who wish to train as teachers
Your role will include:
* Designing and delivering creative, differentiated maths lessons
* Tracking student progress and providing targeted support
* Building a positive and inclusive classroom environment
* Collaborating with colleagues to share ideas and best practice
Requirements:
* A degree in Mathematics or a related subject (desirable but not essential for unqualified applicants)
* Strong classroom management skills and a passion for education
* Ability to inspire students and make maths enjoyable
* An enhanced child workforce DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
