About the Role - Regional Head of Property Management
We are seeking an experienced property management professional to lead one of our Property Management divisions. As Regional Head, you will provide hands-on leadership, oversee day-to-day operations, manage senior and mid-level managers, and ensure the team delivers excellent service.
Responsibilities Line manage Team Leaders and provide broader oversight for Senior Property Managers, Property Managers, Associate Managers, and Assistant Managers.
Oversee the division’s daily operations, ensuring smooth processes and regulatory compliance.
Act as the decision-maker for escalations and complex client or operational issues.
Mentor and develop team members through performance reviews and training initiatives.
Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.
