Job Description The Financial Records and Acquisitions Specialist is responsible for entering purchase requisitions and check requests for all library purchases, internally tracking book expenditures by budget and subject disciplines, ordering books, ebooks, supplies, and other materials, processing physical items for the collections, digitizing materials in the Archives & Special Collections, serving at the Librarys circulation desk, and assisting the Director of the Library with various reporting and administrative tasks.
