Childcare Solicitor - Leicester (Local Authority role) Contract role Hourly rate negotiable Hybrid working arrangements are that they will be working from home with the expectation to attend the office once a week on team days and attend Court for hearings. However, if they attend Court, that could be used as there 'office day' for that week provided they come into the office before and after Court. Hours are 37 hours per week. In terms of experience, ideally somebody who has had local government experience in a childcare legal environment. The team is very busy at the moment so ideally, we need somebody who can hit the ground running and pick up a caseload.
