Senior Quantity surveyor Role
Projects range from £2 million to £16 million.
* Cost Reporting
* Tender and contract documents
* CVR's
* Bills of Quants
* Attend professional and client meetings
* Assign subcontractors and suppliers aligned with procurement schedule
* Mitigate commercial risks
The Senior Quantity Surveyor - Requirements
* 5 years + Experience
* Ideally you will have experience of High End Resi / Prime / Super prime property.
* Experience of working for a main contractor
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Team Management
