Key Responsibilities:
* End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to presenting qualified candidates to clients.
* Client Relationships: Build and nurture relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored solutions.
* Candidate Engagement: Engage with candidates, providing guidance, coaching, and support throughout the hiring process.
* Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to advise clients and candidates effectively.
* Achieve Targets: Meet and exceed performance targets, contributing to the company's growth and success.
* Team Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues to share market insights, best practices, and enhance overall team performance.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience as a 360 Recruiter, preferably in [industry/sector].
* Strong understanding of the full recruitment life cycle.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
* Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
* Proficiency in using recruitment tools and technology.
* A proactive and results-oriented mindset.
