Marketing Manager Andover | Hybrid Cross Rental Services are looking for looking for a passionate and outgoing Marketing Manager to own our lead generation engine to drive measurable business growth for Cross Rental Services. This is a hands-on role in a lean, collaborative marketing team. You’ll plan, write, execute, and deliver our lead generation campaigns, turning deep customer insight into qualified leads that fuel sales and commercial success. What You’ll Do: Lead Generation — Develop strategy, define campaigns, create compelling messaging, emails, landing pages, guides, and assets. Manage the full campaign lifecycle, track performance through the funnel, and prove ROI. Content & Creative — Build social media plans and graphics (Adobe Express or Canva experience useful), write website articles, develop case studies, and create downloadable materials. Plenty of freedom to bring your ideas to life. Brand Awareness & PR — Work with our PR agency, provide story leads, review outputs, and amplify wins across owned channels. Events — Support planning and delivery of industry events, client hospitality, trade shows, and webinars — including on-the-day coordination and ROI reporting. Data & CRM —CRM experience is vital as this role will own and manage our customer data. You’ll segment audiences, manipulate records, build targeted contact lists, track campaign performance, and measure outcomes to continuously optimise results. What We’re Looking For: Proven experience running B2B lead generation campaigns in an engineering, manufacturing, or technical sector — you understand customer pain points and how to reach them. Confidence to write strategies, execute campaigns end-to-end, and deliver results with autonomy. Strong collaboration skills — you’ll work as a true partner to both the Marketing and Sales teams. Alignment and transparency are essential. Flexibility to travel: 2-3 days per week in our Andover head office, plus regular travel to our depots across the UK & Ireland, customer sites with engineers, attend industry events, and support client-facing activity. Design skills (Canva/Adobe Express) and passion for content creation. Results-driven mindset with a strong focus on data, measurement, and commercial impact.
