Salary: Up to £62.140.00 FTE per year (depending on level of experience, training and qualification)

We have an opportunity for an Advanced Practice Physiotherapist to join their team of staff in thephysiotherapydepartment.
This is a part time role for 22.5 hours a week. The role holder will be required tocover a flexible shift pattern.
Duties of this role include:
* Perform comprehensive assessments and diagnoses for patients with complex presentations, including advanced clinical reasoning and differential diagnosis.
* Deliver evidence-based treatment plans, incorporating advanced therapeutic techniques and, where appropriate, requesting and interpreting diagnostic imaging.
* Work autonomously, often as a first contact practitioner, referring to other healthcare professionals where necessary.
* Work closely with consultants, GPs, advanced practitioners, and other AHPs to deliver coordinated, patient-centred care.
* Participate in case conferences, MDT meetings, and referral discussions as a senior clinical voice.
* Provide expert advice, education, and self-management strategies to patients, helping them make informed decisions about their care.
Applicants should meet the following criteria:
* HCPC-registered Physiotherapist.
* Significant post-registration experience, including advanced musculoskeletal or specialist physiotherapy practice.
* Postgraduate training relevant to advanced practice (e.g. MSc, PGCert, or equivalent).
* Advanced clinical reasoning, assessment, and decision-making skills.
* Experience working autonomously and in multidisciplinary teams.
