Are you a qualified Physics teacher with a passion for your subject and a flair for inspiring young minds? Tradewind Recruitment is currently seeking an exceptional Physics teacher for a highly regarded and oversubscribed independent school in Salford. This is a full-time, temporary role starting in September 2025, running through to the end of the Autumn term (December 2025).
About the Role
We are looking for a teacher who can:
* Deliver engaging and rigorous Physics lessons up to A-Level
* Inspire students through both practical experiments and strong theoretical grounding
* Bring enthusiasm, precision, and creativity to the classroom
* Full-time: Monday to Friday, 8:45am-3:45pm
* Small class sizes - maximum of 15 students
* Welcoming applications from ECTs, experienced QTS teachers, and FE-qualified professionals with secondary teaching experience

To Be Successful, You Will Need:
* QTS/QTLS or equivalent; ECTs and FE-qualified teachers welcome
* Proven experience teaching Physics to students aged 11-18
* A clear, enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
* Full CV with employment history and explanations for any gaps
* Legal right to work in the UK
