Salt is partnering with a global financial services client to hire a Sponsorship Activations Manager. The role focuses on maximizing the value of key partnerships, especially in the sports market.
Key Responsibilities:
* Create and execute sponsorship activation plans, content, and campaigns for sports partnerships.
* Build and maintain relationships with the partnership team to align activities with objectives.
* Ensure effective delivery of sponsorship assets to maximize value.
* Define and establish activation processes, including hospitality packages for sales and partnership support.
* Use consumer insights and data to inform decisions.
* Integrate sponsorship assets across marketing and internal touchpoints.
* Assist in research and negotiations for new sponsorship agreements.
* Support post-campaign analysis to demonstrate value.
* Coordinate with channel teams to ensure alignment with brand and partner guidelines.
* Manage relationships with sponsorship agencies, overseeing their output, costs, and delivery.
* Track partnerships internally for post-campaign analysis.
* Execute brand activations to increase searches and consideration.
Skills Required:
* Proven experience in sponsorship activation and management.
* Strong relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders.
