Key Details
Location: Brixworth, Northamptonshire – site-based, 5 days a week
Hours: Permanent Full-time, 40 hours per week (some flexibility available)
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per year + access to a company van + excellent benefits

Your Responsibilities
As our Site Supervisor, you will oversee a range of projects including footway reconstruction, carriageway resurfacing, drainage improvements, and more—all while ensuring the highest safety standards on public highways. Your daily tasks will include:
* Ensuring health and safety for yourself, the workforce, and the public in line with Kier SHE processes.
* Supervising construction works, inspecting quality, and maintaining detailed records.
* Implementing and monitoring compliance with Construction Phase plans and risk assessments.
* Communicating effectively with site managers regarding programme changes.
* Fostering an inclusive workplace that values diversity of thought and experience.
What We’re Looking For
This role is perfect for you if you:
* Hold SSSTS or SMSTS certification and NRSWA Supervisor qualification.
* Have a strong understanding of Construction Design Management (CDM) regulations and their practical application onsite.
* Are familiar with the Chapter 8 Traffic Signs Manual.
* Possess a solid understanding of civil engineering principles, resurfacing activities, and structures work.
* Can demonstrate knowledge of NEC4 contracts.
