About the Role
We’re looking for an Internal Sales Account Manager to join our small, supportive team in an office-based role that’s all about building strong customer relationships and delivering excellent service. Key Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of existing engineering customers with a focus on account management.
Respond to customer enquiries and requests for quotes with accuracy and speed.
Proactively contact customers by phone to build relationships and uncover new sales opportunities.
Make warm prospecting calls to leads generated by our Business Development Manager.
Re-engage dormant customers with tailored outreach.
Cross-sell additional products to existing customers.
Collaborate with colleagues in the industrial workshop areas to stay informed and connected.
Contribute to a team culture that values reliability, customer service, and long-term relationships.
About You
Experience in internal sales, technical sales, or engineering sales.
Comfortable with a mix of account management and proactive sales activity.
Confident communicator who enjoys building rapport with customers and colleagues.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Down-to-earth, hands-on, and ready to get stuck in when things get busy.
Familiarity with engineering or construction environments is a plus.
