Job Title: Divisional Finance Director

Location: Belfast
Salary: €130,000 - €160,000 plus Bonus, Pension & Health

Who should apply?
From speaking to our client, we believe the candidate should have prior experience of managing the finance function of a subsidiary of a plc or large corporate with a proven track record in the delivery of operational excellence. The ability to be able to business partner with the Group CFO & CEO and manage relationships with key external stakeholders are essential to succeed in this role. Prior involvement in M&A would also be a huge advantage as the company will be continuing their growth.
Role and Reporting Lines
This will be a senior level role, where you will manage a division that contains multiple smaller entities. Managing a team of finance and non finance professionals, the role will be varied to include:
* Overseeing the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
* Financial planning and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
* Developing and maintaining financial models to support strategic decision-making
* Providing insights and recommendations to senior management based on financial analysis
* Collaborating with various departments to ensure alignment with financial goals
* Supporting M&A activities and integration processes
* Managing a team of highly skilled accountants, providing mentorship and development
* Enhancing processes and systems to improve efficiency and accuracy
