Key Responsibilities
* Learn and assist with the administrative processes of sales and estimating, primarily CRM
* Analyse customer enquiries, ensuring prompt and accurate quote generation
* Liaise regularly with the customer and relay information across planning, sales and purchasing
* Apply clear and concise communication across all sales, planning and purchasing processes
* Produce formal estimates based on enquiries received
* Regularly liaise with customers regarding delivery dates, quotations and requirements for enquiries
* Follow up on quotes to drive order conversion
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Experience working in a customer-facing role
* Strong organisational and time-management skills
* Familiarity with using CRM systems for sales and estimating workflows (desirable)
* Comfortable liaising with multiple departments and external customers
* Ability to work on own initiative
* Ability to adapt in a fast-changing environment
