We are seeking a skilled Labourer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of construction and building, along with the ability to work effectively in a variety of weather conditions. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the capability to follow schematics and plans accurately.
Duties
* Work with hand tools and power tools to fabricate roofing components as needed.
* Ensure all work is completed in compliance with safety regulations and standards.
* Collaborate with other tradespeople, including carpenters and welders, when required.
* Lift heavy materials and equipment safely during installation processes.
Qualifications
* Proven experience as a Labourer or in a similar role within the construction industry.
* Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools relevant to roofing tasks.
* Strong understanding of building codes and safety regulations related to roofing work.
* Physical fitness with the ability to perform heavy lifting as required.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to work in a team and report to manager
