What you’ll do Your key accountabilities will include: Working with our implementation partners to ensure the build of PAPM is carried out according to the functional design Providing technical support on queries that arise during the build phase from our external partners and working cross functionally with other teams to determine acceptable solutions Feed into project timelines, identifying dependencies and resource requirements from other teams Assist in developing and implementing the enduring business model and processes that will exist post launch ensuring colleagues have the right skills in the right teams Designing UAT test scripts and performing UAT Developing and delivering training to both the finance reporting & analytics team and the wider finance department Operate PAPM post launch while the model is transitioned to the target operating model Who you are Your skills and experience will include: Experience implementing SAP PAPM in a retail context Prior SAP ERP implementation experience in large, complex organisations Familiarity with BW/4, S/4 HANA and SAC A self-starter comfortable with ambiguity and complexity who is able to work independently and also as part of a wider team Excellent communication skills and the ability to succinctly condense and explain technical concepts to non-technical colleagues Strong interpersonal skills, team building, organisational and motivational skills Everyone’s welcome We are ambitious about the future of retail.
