Science Teacher - Dudley, West Midlands
Revolve Collective, recruiting on behalf of local schools in the Dudley area, is seeking a passionate and dedicated Science Teacher to join our network. This full-time opportunity offers competitive pay, dependent on experience, and could be either a long-term contract or a permanent position, with a start date in September 2025.
This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic Science educator who is committed to delivering high-quality teaching and supporting the academic and personal development of young people at Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 (with the possibility of Key Stage 5 depending on experience). The successful candidate will inspire students through engaging lessons, fostering curiosity and a love of science, and helping them achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated Science lessons in line with the national curriculum.
* Support the academic progress and well-being of students across KS3 and KS4 (and KS5 if applicable).
* Create an inclusive classroom environment that promotes high standards of behaviour, achievement, and scientific inquiry.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and external agencies to support student progress.
* Contribute to the wider school community, including enrichment and extra-curricular STEM activities.
About You
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
* Experience teaching Science within a secondary school setting (KS3/KS4/KS5).
* Strong commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of young people.
* Excellent communication, organisational, and classroom management skills.
* Understanding and experience working with children with SEN or SEMH (desirable).
