We are seeking a dynamic, adaptable, and highly motivated Health Care Support Worker to join our vibrant Outpatient Department team.

Experience or knowledge of outpatient services is essential, and this position is perfect for someone eager to develop their skills and progress into a Band 3 role.
Main duties of the job
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist practitioners during examinations and act as a chaperone when required.
* Undertake clerical duties and coordinate effectively with various departments and clinicians.
* Independently run and manage outpatient clinics.
* Deliver a high standard of care and support to both patients and clinicians.
* Provide assistance with outpatient procedures, including cystoscopies and biopsies.
* Support the training and supervision of junior members of the team.
* Assist with ordering supplies and managing stock control.
* Participate in audits to ensure quality and compliance.
