Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Agent role based in Epsom. The Real Estate Agent will manage a pipeline of buyers, sellers, and landlords, conducting market appraisals, property valuations, and listing presentations. Responsibilities include marketing properties through multiple channels, arranging and conducting viewings, and providing clear, timely feedback to clients. The role involves negotiating offers, supporting clients through the sales or lettings process, and coordinating with solicitors, surveyors, and other stakeholders to progress transactions to completion. The agent will also maintain accurate records in the CRM, monitor local market activity, and contribute to the office’s targets and growth while providing a high standard of customer service.
Qualifications
* Applicable solid knowledge of local Real Estate regulations and best practices.
* Strong Sales skills with proven ability to meet or exceed targets and negotiate effectively on behalf of clients.
* Demonstrated Customer Service experience, with the ability to build trust, manage expectations, and communicate clearly with diverse clients.
* Understanding of Real Property principles, including valuations, market trends, and property marketing strategies.
* Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation for property visits and client meetings.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong organization, and attention to detail.
* Comfort with CRM systems, property portals, and basic digital tools for scheduling, marketing, and documentation.
* Previous experience in residential estate agency or a related sales environment is highly beneficial.
