About the Role
Teaching Personnel is seeking reliable, professional, and vigilant Exam Invigilators to join our bank. This flexible role is ideal for individuals looking for part-time, temporary work within local secondary schools and colleges during examination periods.
As an Exam Invigilator, you will play a key role in ensuring examinations are conducted in accordance with awarding body regulations, maintaining the integrity and smooth running of exams.

Key Responsibilities
* Supervising students during examinations to ensure exam regulations are followed
* Distributing and collecting exam papers and materials
* Ensuring a calm, quiet, and orderly exam environment
* Recording attendance and reporting any irregularities
* Assisting with setting up and clearing exam venues
* Supporting students where appropriate, while maintaining exam conditions
Requirements
* Strong attention to detail and ability to remain vigilant
* Excellent punctuality and reliability
* Professional and calm demeanour
* Good communication skills
* Ability to follow strict procedures and guidelines
* Previous invigilation or school experience is desirable but not essential (full training provided)
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one through Teaching Personnel

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
