This is a dynamic placement opportunity designed to equip you with real-world experience in business operations, customer service, and sales support. You'll be working closely with both local and international teams, gaining hands-on exposure to a wide variety of tasks across departments such as sales, customer support, administration, and marketing.
Key Responsibilities
* Communicate with a diverse range of clients, from individuals to large corporations, both in the UK and overseas
* Develop interpersonal and professional communication skills by responding to customer enquiries via email, phone, and in-person interactions
* Assist in preparing customer quotations using internal pricing tools and product knowledge based on customer requirements
* Enter and manage customer enquiries and orders in the company's ERP system, keeping detailed records and tracking follow-ups
* Support project coordination by liaising with customers and subcontractors to ensure smooth installation and service delivery
* Contribute to marketing activities such as updating website content, managing Google Ads, and supporting social media campaigns
* Build foundational IT and technical skills while helping customers with basic product or system support
Requirements
* Aged 16 or over
* Living in England
* Not in full-time education
