Sales Secretary Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk I am working for a leading construction business in their search for a Sales Secretary to support the sales director and sales team with day to day secretarial and administrative tasks. Duties will include: Managing the update of sales releases, reservations, exchanges, completions and cancellations Circulating and electronic filing of all paperwork in relation to plot sales Update daily, weekly and monthly sales reports including visitors and part exchange Preparation of completion statements and issuing to all relevant parties Co-ordinating and ordering uniform and PPE for the department Providing secretarial and administration support to the sales director and wider team including reporting, diary management, taking and producing minutes of meetings typing of correspondence, filing and record keeping as required Checking plot contracts as and when received and distributing for signature as necessary Managing corporate hospitality events to include bookings, timetables, invitations and costings Provide reception cover and secretarial support to other departments as required.
