Employment Services Payroll Advisor | G05 £26,403 - £27,254 | Permanent Full Time
Responsibilities
* To be part of the HR & OD team to undertake payroll activities within the service centre.
* To act as the first point of contact for payroll enquiries from employees, managers and Headteachers.
* To liaise with colleagues responsible for employee transactional work, contracts, absences, leave and other pay and pension related matters.
* This role requires a number of skills, with a high level of attention to detail, the ability to work with large volumes of data spreadsheets and employee payroll and pension transactions. The post holder will be expected to work to an allocated workload, but be able to work flexibly, and re-prioritise work according to monthly payroll deadlines.
* The post holder will demonstrate an excellent customer focus approach, have good problem solving skills and be able to work as part of a team.
