Responsibilities
* Deliver outstanding customer service, prioritising customers and delivering a great shopping experience.
* Sharing your knowledge about our product range and offering helpful advice to our customers.
* Actively participate in demonstrating products and occasional character visit days.
* Process sales transactions accurately, securely and efficiently through the till points.
* Maintain merchandising of toys to company standards.
Hours and flexibility
Weekends are our busy time, and the store may require flexibility with start and finish times. A 10-hour contract is offered, with 4-hour Saturday shifts and 6-hour Sunday shifts. Extra hours may be requested, particularly at Christmas and during school holidays.
