Playgarden is a growing company offering the design and build of outdoor play areas to schools and nurseries. Based in Sheffield, the company offers a unique service with the emphasis upon well thought out, landscape designed play areas for children that focus upon natural features and wild play.
A full time (part time & flexible working considered) Operations and Sales Support is required to assist Playgarden's continued growth. Reporting directly to the Business Manager, you will offer both operational and sales support. You will liaise with customers, helping to recommend and promote our products and services together with providing first class administration skills.
Operationally you will be assisting with the delivery of projects, ordering materials, liaising with the project team and customers to ensure that projects are delivered on-time, in budget and as efficiently as possible.
You will be offering marketing support; designing emailers, managing the website content, producing booklets, overseeing events.
Job spec
* Ensure all sales proposals/contracts are issued to the appropriate standard, to agreed deadlines
* Dealing with customer requests and identifying potential new customers
* Ensure efficient and timely fulfilment of orders and contracts to meet client expectations
* Maintain customer database and follow-up sales leads
* Administrative support
* Ad-Hoc marketing and events support.

* The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, able to communicate effectively on the telephone and in other correspondence
* A can-do attitude is essential and attention to detail is crucial, together with an ability to prioritise and organise tasks
* A dedicated person looking for more than 'just a job', committed to ensuring business success
* A competent level of word, excel and outlook is essential
* Experience in a dynamic sales environment is desirable
* Strong sales & marketing background desirable
* Photoshop and In design experience is desirable
