We are currently recruiting for an Internal Sales Executive based at our Head Office in Leeds.
Purpose of the Role
To maximise revenue growth and customer retention through a combination of proactive outbound sales, responsive account management, and strong liaison with depots. The role supports structured pricing, commercial discipline, and high service levels helping to deliver profitable growth across the hire fleet.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Account Management
* Handle incoming enquiries and convert them into confirmed hires
* Proactively contact dormant, lapsed, and low-spending customers to re-engage and grow revenue
* Manage a portfolio of accounts while also supporting the wider customer base
* Promote package deals and upsell opportunities (e.g. attachments, long-term hire discounts)
* Identify opportunities for increased spend through cross-hire alternatives and availability checks
Pricing & Commercial Discipline
