Drives sales and financial performance in the Auto Care Center and service area by receiving and stocking merchandise, ensuring effective presentation, accurate and competitive pricing, proper signing and instock, inventory levels, budgeting, and forecasting sales. Assesses economic trends and community needs, ensuring sales and profit goals are achieved and implementing corrective plans. Provides customer service, acknowledges customers, identifies needs, assists with purchasing decisions, locates merchandise, resolves issues, promotes products, maintains a safe environment, and processes orders in accordance with company policies. Explains Auto Care Center and automotive products and services, ensuring technicians are trained and certified; stages customer vehicles and assists with workflow. Maintains the Auto Care Center and sales floor by stocking, rotating merchandise, removing damaged or outdated goods, setting up displays, signing and pricing, securing fragile items, maintaining equipment, handling claims and returns, and ensuring compliance with OSHA and environmental disposal.

The annual salary range for this position is $65,000.00 - $100,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses and may include Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) and Complex Structure based on external factors.
