The Permanent Division of Robert Half is currently recruiting for a Finance Manager on behalf of a Growing Construction business with offices in Milton Keynes
The Role
As Finance Manager you will take responsibility for all UK reporting into a Foreign Parent Company and Commercial Accounting centering around support on Projects, Bids and Tendering, Margin Control, Cost Reporting and Revenue Forecasting.
Day to day duties will consist of:
* Monthly review and tracking of financial performance of projects
* Review of project calculations and subcontractor terms
* Review of the project bids - profitability and cash flow
* Working with Commerical QS Teams to Prepare Cash Flow Planning and forecasting
* Budgeting and revenue forecasting
* Review and challenging the VAT rates applied,
* Evaluating Risk of Potential New Contracts and analysing projected margins
* Overseeing accounting operations including factoring, receivables and insurances
Your Profile
You will ideally be a Qualified Accountant with previous experience working in a Construction setting. Other industries that would be considered could be Manufacturing or Service where contracts are tracked, WIP is analysed and stakeholder development is key.

Salary and Benefits
Role of Finance Manager in Milton Keynes is working mainly on a remote basis but with 1 or 2 meetings a month in the office and offers a salary of £55-70K + Benefits
