Lead a technical team at a key static site in Central London.
Role: Electrical Shift Lead
Salary: £50,000 + overtime
Shift: Continental shift pattern -DAYS ONLY
Location: Central London (Static)

Your Role
* Lead a shift with 1 engineer
* Oversee and execute both planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive electrical maintenance across the site
* Ensure H&S and critical site compliance.
* Manage electrical faults and ensure site reliability.
* Organise shift activities, manage permits to work, and ensure all documentation is accurately maintained.
Requirements
* Level 3 Electrical Installations (or equivalent).
* 18th edition
* Proven experience in electrical maintenance (critical environment preferred).
* Leadership/supervisory experience.
