Job Description
The Manager – Preboarding Services leads pre-employment (Bridge) teams to build and maintain progressive preboarding solutions. This role involves overseeing daily operations, ensuring compliance, and developing team members in a fast-paced environment.
Work Location: Manchester, 2 times per month in office
Work Arrangement: hybrid
Work Schedule: Proven experience managing teams within preboarding or pre-employment processes.
This is a fixed-term 1-year contract with the possibility of becoming FTE.
Duties and Responsibilities
* Lead all pre-employment operations, including compliance and client-specific needs.
* Set performance goals and objectives for the team.
* Handle hiring, performance management, and career development.
* Develop metrics and analytics to support decision-making.
* Provide leadership, coaching, and motivation to the team.
* Maintain regular communication through meetings and updates.
* Engage with client stakeholders and understand organizational structure.
* Conduct reviews and performance evaluations.
* Collaborate with the Director to create proposals and pricing.
* Manage client escalations and resolutions.
* Support pre-employment process needs across clients.
* Drive process standardization and continuous improvement.
* Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, management, human resources, or related field preferred.
Experience: At least two years of results-oriented leadership in talent acquisition or HR, focusing on talent and selection.
Exposure:
* Knowledge of pre-employment compliance.
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
