We're seeking a compassionate Customer Service Advisor to support donors, volunteers, and families for a leading children's charity. This role combines empathy, accuracy, and relationship-building to ensure every supporter feels valued. They provide essential services, advocacy, and support to ensure every child has the chance to thrive. Description Act as first point of contact for donors, volunteers, and beneficiaries Respond to enquiries via phone, email, and social media with empathy Manage donation queries including Gift Aid and regular giving Maintain accurate supporter records in CRM systems Collaborate with fundraising and communications teams to enhance engagement Handle sensitive situations with discretion and signpost to appropriate servicesProfile A successful Customer Service Advisor should have: Strong communication and relationship-building skills Previous experience in customer service in a charity setting Knowledge of fundraising processes and charity compliance (GDPR, Gift Aid) desirable Ability to remain calm and compassionate under pressure Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft OfficeJob Offer Competitive hourly pay ranging from £16 to £19. Predominantly remote working, requiring office attendance twice per month. Central London location Temporary position for a minimum of 3 months.
