We are seeking a talented individual to join our Consulting Delivery team at Mercer Marsh Benefits. This role will be based in Chichester. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
We are currently looking to recruit a talented individual to join our Chichester office as a Pensions Administrator.
This role sits within the Pensions Administration Team and is predominantly responsible for providing pension administration services for a portfolio of pension clients.
We will count on you to:
1. Ensure the timely submission of the client’s monthly pension contribution schedule in line with legislative deadlines.
2. Develop and maintain effective working relationships with 14 pension providers, understanding their processes to ensure efficient request processing.
3. Upload employees’ pension plan information into Darwin™, including pension plan numbers, fund values, and fund selections.
4. Complete yearly renewal reconciliations, verifying active members, salary changes, contribution percentages, and personal details.
