Are you curious about how computers, networks, and systems really work? Join the Bishop Hogarth Catholic Education Trust as an IT Apprentice and start your journey in the world of technology! You’ll be part of a friendly and supportive central IT team, helping to keep systems running across our 35 schools in the Tees Valley area. Provide IT support across 35 schools within the Trust, ensuring reliable and effective technology services. Work as part of the central Trust IT team, alongside experienced and supportive colleagues. Deliver hands-on, proactive support for a wide range of technical issues and user needs. Assist in the maintenance and development of IT systems across primary schools. Contribute to Trust-wide IT projects, helping to shape and improve future systems. Build strong relationships with school staff, demonstrating a passion for helping people and excellent customer service. Gain experience with a variety of hardware, software, and network environments across different school settings. Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the team at Baltic Apprenticeships. This apprenticeship programme will provide you with everything you need to launch and develop your career in IT support. Afterwards, we’ll support you to take the next steps, including further training and progression onto a Level 4 qualification.
