As part of our 2026 Growth PRS are looking to speak to experienced 360 Recruiters looking to develop into Team Leader roles.
Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years recruitment experience in Engineering, Facilities, Building Services, Hospitality or Data Centre Critical markets.
Ideally candidates will have a proven billing track record of 200k minimum
Experience winning business with sales, driving KPI's and delivering into PSL accounts
Sound knowledge for recruitment processes and the ability to train and lead a team.

Salary ranges from 40k-60k Depending on experience and OTE 100K +
