Job Overview:
We're hiring a Digital Content Creator who can take full ownership of Specscart's content engine—from creative ideation to hands-on production. You will lead the development of platform-specific video strategies, serve as the face of the brand in content, and consistently execute campaigns that build connection with our audience. This is a highly strategic role that combines content leadership, storytelling, and daily execution.
Key Responsibilities:
● Lead the planning and creation of high-impact content across Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and Facebook
● Act as the on-camera face of Specscart in explainer videos, tutorials, and behind-the-scenes features
● Script, shoot and edit engaging videos aligned with our brand voice and goals
● Work cross-functionally with marketing and creative teams to align content with campaign strategies
● Support team to plan the entire content calendar—ideation, deadlines, approvals, execution
● Stay ahead of content trends and experiment with fresh formats to keep Specscart relevant and engaging
● Write social media copy to complement visual content
● Travel to stores and retail locations to capture original content
Requirements:
● Proven experience in video-first content creation (social-first or UGC style)
● Strong camera presence with excellent communication and storytelling skills
● Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and hands-on production ability
● Confident in scripting, filming, and editing with quick turnarounds
● Comfortable owning full content pipelines and working across multiple teams
Note: This is not a support or junior role. You will lead both the strategy and execution of Specscart's content output.
