About Our Client
A well established but growing organisation based in the Billingshurst area are looking to recruit a Sales Ledger and Credit Controller for a fixed term maternity cover contract lasting circa 12 months.
Job Description
As Sales Ledger and Credit Controller, you will be responsible for:
3. Invoicing daily for any sales orders that have been dispatched
4. Reconcile bank statement and post customer payments
5. Maintaining the customer details and making changes as required
6. Carrying out credit checks on new and existing customers as required
7. Dealing with customer queries and investigating claims and disputes with customers and resolving or elevating as required.
8. Chasing customers for payment of debts as they fall due.
9. Make sure customers stay within their credit limit and request payments when necessary.
10. Reconciling your sales ledger on a monthly basis
The Successful Applicant
11. Credit control and sales ledger experience
12. Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel to intermediate/high level)
13. Excellent communication skills
14. Analytical approach & problem solver
15. Numeracy skills & attention to detail essential

£29-30,00035 hour week, 3 days in office and 2 days WFH, Parking
