Bluestone Resorts, proudly rated Wales' top holiday destination by Which?, is on the lookout for a passionate Sous Chef to join our Food & Beverage team. In this exciting role, you'll support daily kitchen operations—delivering exceptional dishes as part of a high-performing team, and ensuring the highest standards of food safety and service.
You'll foster a positive, professional, and efficient kitchen environment that reflects Bluestone's core values: Genuine Care, True Ownership, and Growing as a Team.
We're looking for an experienced chef with a love for food, people, and hospitality. A flexible schedule, own transport to and from work, and availability during evenings, weekends, and the festive season are required. This is a 48-hour week role, working 4 on 3 off—to support your Head Chef, your team, and create memorable guest experiences.
