About the Job Reporting to the Finance Team, the successful candidate will be responsible for and assisting with completing the following duties: Manage a high volume of supplier invoices Prepare and process supplier payment runs while maintaining accurate supplier records within internal systems Reconcile supplier statements and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner Generate and issue client statements through internal systems for property sales, lettings commissions, management fees, and related services Post and allocate incoming payments including bank transfers, card payments, and other methods Maintain accurate customer accounts and monitor tenant debtor reports Support credit control activities and follow up on overdue balances via phone and email Assist with bank reconciliations and support month-end procedures, including reconciliations and reporting of outstanding balances Ensure all financial transactions are recorded accurately and in line with company policies Work across property CRM and accounting systems, identifying discrepancies and supporting resolution Assist in improving invoicing, payment, and financial processes Your Skills & Experience Previous experience within an Accounts Assistant, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, or finance administration role Experience working in a high-volume transactional finance environment Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high levels of accuracy Strong organisational and time management skills Proficiency with accounting software and financial systems Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams For further information on this opportunity or if you are considering the next step in your career, get in touch withOllie Mairs at HireIQ in complete confidence.
