Overview
Churcher's College is looking for an enthusiastic and creative Hospitality Manager to lead and develop our growing hospitality and events offering across the school. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Hospitality Manager looking for a varied, people-focused role in a prestigious and fast-paced environment.
This brand-new position offers the chance to truly make your mark bringing fresh ideas, innovation, and current hospitality trends into a thriving school setting.
What you’ll do
* Managing all aspects of hospitality and event delivery across the school
* Attending client meetings and building strong stakeholder relationships
* Coordinating staffing requirements for events and functions
* Working alongside the Executive Head Chef on menu planning and event execution
* Leading and supporting event teams on-site
* Bringing innovative and creative ideas to enhance the hospitality offering
* Managing hospitality booking systems and event planning processes
* Ensuring exceptional customer service standards at every event
* Supporting operational excellence, health & safety, and food hygiene compliance

* Confident communicating with clients and stakeholders
* Flexible and adaptable to the changing demands of events
* Comfortable taking ownership and working independently

* Flexible approach to role and working pattern
* Hold a personal driving licence
