Job Description:
Our education service is growing. We are looking for a Teacher to join our school in Rochdale, where you will be working with an experienced team in a culture where children are respected, listened to, and involved in as many decisions as possible.
We are particularly interested in speaking with teachers who have Science or Maths teaching experience with SEMH pupils in Key Stage 3 and 4.
We are happy to speak with teachers covering all subjects.
Your day will be varied and interesting. You can follow a flexible structure while supporting our children and young people by providing bespoke therapeutic educational frameworks tailored to each child and young person.
1 ACE (Another Chance Education) is our alternative education provision, working with children and young people who struggle in their formal or specialised education settings, offering education on an outreach basis or within one of our Ofsted registered schools.
You will work within a Trauma-informed practice model where we support and follow therapeutic practices. Our schools have been awarded the ‘Attachment and Trauma Sensitive School Award’.
Our leadership team will invest in your professional development through up-to-date training opportunities and personal development discussions.

Hours:
* Term Time: aligned with Rochdale local authority
* Full-time: 37.5 hours/week, Monday to Friday, 08:30 am - 4:30 pm

Requirements:
* Valid QTS
* Right to Work in the UK
* Valid Driving Licence (for community teaching)
