As a Senior Night Care Worker, you’ll be a steady and supportive presence, helping to create a calm, safe and comfortable environment for residents throughout the night.
You’ll lead by example, guiding your team to deliver high-quality, person-centred care. From supporting with medication and checking care plans to offering reassurance and practical help, you’ll make sure each person feels respected and well cared for during the quiet hours.

What you will bring
You’ll bring confidence, compassion and a calm approach to your work. You’ll already hold an SVQ Level 3 in Social Services and Healthcare and have experience supporting or leading a care team. You’re someone who communicates clearly, works well under pressure and takes pride in helping others succeed.
