Job Overview
Due to our company expansion, we are now seeking a proactive and organised Patient Pathway and Booking Coordinator to join our dynamic administrative team. In this pivotal role, you'll ensure patients experience a smooth, well-managed journey from referral to treatment, working closely with consultants, clinical staff, and administrative colleagues.
Responsibilities
* Coordinate outpatient, diagnostic, theatre and follow-up appointments.
* Manage patient bookings using electronic systems with precision and care.
* Be the primary point of contact for patients throughout their care journey.
* Communicate effectively with consultants and insurers to support patient pathways.
* Maintain accurate records and ensure documentation is up to date and accessible.
* Support clinical planning by anticipating and resolving scheduling issues.
