The rate of pay is £12.21 per hour Overtime is available and is paid at £16.24 per hour. This is a full-time role working fixed shifts, and the hours of work are: - 8am to 4pm This role will be approximately 60% office-based and 40% warehouse-based for the checks and investigations. Your Time at Work As a Customer Service/Quality Assistant, you will be responsible for: - Liaising with external customer service team members regarding any claims raised - Conducting stock investigations for the lines in question - Performing quality checks on high-profile orders to ensure 100% accuracy. Our Perfect Worker Our perfect worker will have a previous customer service background, but this is not essential for the right candidate. Applicants will have a very good level of English, both written and spoken.
