What You Will Be Doing:

1. Maintain databases of contracts, trademarks, and copyrights, and prepare and timely distribute reports
2. Prepare and submit corporate annual reports; maintain business licenses and certificates of insurance
3. Maintain and improve the Mintel Legal knowledge center
4. Prepare, review, and process legal documents, including order forms, standard terms and conditions, NDAs, POAs, GDPR addenda, and contract amendments, within defined parameters
5. Implement language changes across legal forms cache
6. Communicate with various intra-company departments and external contacts (including customer procurement and legal counsel) to clarify and resolve contract issues
7. Perform research projects associated with commercial arrangements and intellectual property
8. Coach legal interns

9. Education: Bachelor’s degree with strong academic record

12. Naturally curious: You are naturally curious and takes initiative to identify, evangelize, and systematize new efficiencies
13. Learner: You are humble, yet confident. You willingly admit when you need help, and you know how and when to utilize the resources and people around you. You are also willing to share your own knowledge for the benefit of the team.
14. Self-Directed: You take initiative to solve problems and uncover opportunities, and you work well in a document intensive and time sensitive environment
15. Great communicator: You have extremely polished verbal and written communication skills, and can adapt your communication style to suit each client and internal business partner.
16. Tech-savvy: You are able to find creative ways to help clients. Ideally you have experience with e-commerce, privacy, and intellectual property. Experience with Salesforce.com and contract lifecycle management system a plus
17. Industry Expert: You will have experience in market research, e-commerce, or intellectual property a plus
