V7 Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Senior Project Manager for our client, a property investment and management company who specialise in student accommodation refurbishment projects! This is a great role for someone with consultancy and on-site experience. In return they are offering: * Competitive Salary * Car allowance * 26 days holiday * Pension scheme * Private healthcare * Life assurance Role & Responsibilities: * Support coordination of capital projects (£1m–£15m). * Oversee project delivery across all RIBA stages. * Assist in developing project and group-level specifications. * Coordinate and manage consultant panels (PQS, Architects, etc.) under framework agreements. * Help set project budgets and manage capex/fees from pre-acquisition to completion. * Assist in procuring reports and cost plans for funding approvals, including commercial negotiations. * Help manage supply chain, contractors, and consultants to meet time, cost, and quality targets. * Support contract tendering, procurement strategies, and contract administration. * Liaise with stakeholders, ensuring progress reporting and KPI alignment. * Ensure project delivery aligns with Development and Facility Agreements. Ideal Candidate: * Experience managing refurb or fit-out projects in the student accommodation sector. * Strong understanding of the relevant H&S legislation. * Strong understanding of the project lifecycle. * Confident in budget management and programme tracking. * Solid knowledge of UK building regulations. * Strong understanding of JCT building contracts and contract administration.
