Position: Static Electrical bias Building Services Engineer
Location: Manchester City Centre
Duration: Permanent
Salary: From £38,000 to £40,000 subject to experience level
We are looking for an experienced Building Services Engineer for a large static site based in central Manchester.
This engineer will be working on a multiple floor office block alongside another maintenance engineer, dealing with on‑site planned and reactive maintenance as well as compliance.
The right person for this position will already have a strong commercial building services background. They do need to be electrical bias holding an electrical level 3 qualification and 18th Edition. 2391 would be a bonus but not essential.
Requirements
* Strong background in commercial building services maintenance
* Based in a commutable location to central Manchester
* Multi‑skilled background
* Electrical qualified with 18th edition
* Strong mechanical knowledge
* Happy doing a Monday to Friday position
